The density of this extra-solar planet is extremely extreme.
More than 150 exoplanets with totally different densities and masses have been found in the universe. Experts have based their research according to the similarities that these extrasolar bodies have with the earth, however, few planets have elements existing in our celestial body. Now, experts found the planet K2-106b, a giant gaseous orbiting very close to its star, in fact, it only takes 14 hours to complete its journey around its star.
The characteristics of this exoplanet are very unusual for scientists because of its proximity to the star, because it does not have an atmosphere, because the radiation from the nearest star causes any sign of atmospheric creation to be destroyed, so it is considered a red planet, because its temperature is really high.
Can there be extraterrestrial life on this extra-solar planet?
The temperature of this planet is so high that scientists claim that it is practically impossible for extraterrestrial life to exist on it, but others mention that microorganisms can develop or adapt to the characteristics of the planet as humans on earth have done. On the other hand, it is important to note that certain aspects of K2-106b increase the suspicion that there are more planets in other galaxies.
Its strange orbit and elements make experts think that there are more planets of this type in other worlds, in this sense, it is quite possible that even Nibiru exists, the problem is that if these bodies are in space, there is a risk that they will approach our solar system by external factors and generate serious damage throughout the planetary system of our galaxy.
The studies are currently being conducted using the Galileo National Telescope, the Gran Canaria Telescope and the other NASA specials to continue to find details of K2-106b and get more extrasolar planets in the universe.
