This is a very complex question and to elaborate a response we’ll analyze several signs that detail the Bible about Jesus Christ second arrival and the final result of the world as we know it today. It’s intended to provide an abbreviated version of each of the analyzed signals:
Over time many people claimed to know when it was the end of the world and have established dates that once they arrive, nothing has happened. As for example in the year 999 it was said that the planet would end in the year 1000. The world has passed more than 1000 years from that moment and everything remains the same. In the same year 1999, the same thing was said, that is to say that the planet would end at the turn of the millennium. As in the year 1000 when entering the year 2000 nothing happened.
But recently, one of the most desired and most frightening predictions was made: the end of the world predicted by the Mayan calendar. Again, it was only an excuse for a few entrepreneurs to get rich by taking advantage of people’s ignorance.
There have always been predictions that haven’t been fulfilled, but do we have the way to know when the world ends? For many people the answer lies in the Bible.
The Bible, the word of God, gives us a series of signs that will allow us to know when the end of the world is. In the first place we must keep in mind what Jesus said in Matthew 24:36
“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father”
However, the Bible gives us some signs that warn us about this end, but in no case will it give us an established day or hour.
At the beginning of the Bible in the text of Genesis we find written a message of how God created the world. God created the world in six days and the seventh day of rest. The Apostle Peter teaches us that the way of counting God’s time is different from that of men. In the second epistle of Peter we find written: But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 2 Peter 3:8. If the six days of the creation of the world are passed to millennia, that’s six thousand years, we discover that 4,000 years (4 days) have passed since God created Adam and Eve (the first men) until the coming of Jesus; and 2,000 years have passed since Jesus came to earth. In total, 6,000 (6 days) have passed since the creation of the world. The book of Revelation tells us that after the great battle where Satan will be captured, the world will be at peace for 1000 years (1 day).
So you think we’re really coming to the end of time? We leave the following video, where they show some strange signs:
