The whole world has several enigmas that science has not been able to solve, but there is one that stands out as perhaps the oldest of them all. We cannot speak of Egypt without mentioning the Great Pyramid of Guiza, an architectural wonder that dates from 2500 BC and is considered one of the wonders of the ancient world and the only one that still stands today.
Great Pyramid of Guiza, a work full of mysteries.
There are several theories that revolve around the Pyramid of Giza, from how it was built to what it was actually built for. It is said that the Pharaoh of the time, Keops, ordered its construction as a superb display of his construction skills and is believed to have housed his remains after his death.
Many archaeologists have ventured into the depths of the pyramid in search of studying the structure and, with each expedition, return with some new secret. Inside the structure have been found the bedroom of the King, the Queen and a large gallery. However, thanks to a sophisticated technology based on particle physics, they found a new hidden space inside the pyramid.
What is hidden in the Great Pyramid of Guiza?
At 30 meters long, or the equivalent of what the Statue of Liberty measures, a large chamber is hidden inside the Pyramid and, although they have searched, they have not been able to find a way in, even a secret passage.
Many archaeologists have speculated, mentioning that it is perhaps some other gallery or place where the King’s most precious treasures were kept. But what is disturbing about it is the jealous construction that it had and that, if it were not for the current technology, would never have been found. Archaeologists call it “void” because they are not able to determine what it is, or was built for.
No one knows what lies within the hidden void within the Great Pyramid of Guiza, but knowing the kings of the time, it is not difficult to imagine that it is some secret that, perhaps, could change one’s perception of ancient civilization or of history itself.
