Cryptozoology is a discipline that focuses on the search of supposed species or strange and unknown animals to science, these are known through stories and legends, through art or other non-direct forms of expression. The word cryptozoology comes from the Greek (kryptos, zoos and logos) literally means "the study of hidden animals". It’s directly related to the search for animals, monsters, insects, fishes and any kind of weird and strange living being that may be hiding on our planet. Some of the most well known cases of cryptic beings are, for example, the Loch Ness Monster”, the "Chupacabras", the Loveland's Creature, the Mongolian Worm, the Exmoor's Black Beast and the Winged Woman.Scientists accept none of these beings, but there are a lot of people who claim to have seen or know people who did.
